Manager Roy Keane says he is enjoying management life and is looking forward to the challenge ahead.

Black Cat's manager Roy Keane says he is starting to enjoy his new career and life is now good.

Keane is currently preparing for life back in the Premiership after winning the Championship in style.

He has admited that last season was very hard work and he was unable to enjoy most of the wins. Keane has said he has learnt to enjoy football management and the last few month have been some of his best days.

He said: "When I took the job, with the transfer deadline approaching and everything else, there was that much going on I didn’t have time to take it in never mind enjoy it.”
