Gillingham travel to the Memorial Ground on Saturday aiming to close the gap on their relegation rivals. The Gills were defeated in their last outing to table toppers Swansea City and with results going against them The Gills now have a three point gap to closest side Crewe Alexandra with just three games to go.

Gillingham manager Mark Stimson is expected to welcome back John Nutter to The Gills squad in a must win away trip for The Gills. Full-back Nutter has missed the previous two games due to a hamstring injury,but the twenty-four-year-old has said that he is back in contention and aiming to do his best in Gillingham’s desperate bid to beat the drop.
Adam Miller however is banned for the trip to Bristol having picked up his tenth booking of the season meaning that he is suspended for Saturday’s game and Saturday week’s crucial home tie with rivals Swindon. Mark Bentley serves the final game of his two match suspension following his tenth yellow card away at Millwall.
Goalkeeper Simon Royce has been out with an ankle injury and a decision as to his availability for the game will be made on Friday.
Delroy Facey, Barry Cogan, Stuart Thurgood, Efe Sodjeand Luis Cumbers are all out on loan and work experience respectively.

Bristol Rovers secured their League One status following their impressive away victory at Wallsall in mid-week.
Rover’s manager Paul Trollop only has one injury doubt in defender Danny Coles due to severe bruising. However midfielder Ryan Green is ruled out for the season with an Achilles injury.
