Taylor v Van Barneveld Odds - Ray-sing the Standard!
By Paddy Power October 12 2008
After a week of tungsten magic, numerous pints of stout, chanting along to 'that' song and Sid Waddell's linguistic assaults at the World Grand Prix, the final most had hoped for has come to fruition. Both Phil Taylor and Raymond van Barneveld have been in sensational form and a repeat of the 2007 World Championship final could be on the cards. "I think most of the Irish people and even Sky wanted this final," the Power said, before stirring up the rivalry by calling his Dutch opponent a liar, "This final is going to be special. Barney has had two or three months off, he told me he hasn't been practising but I don't believe him for one second." His sabbatical has worked wonders, but will Barney turn off the Power in Dublin?
