Liverpool v Wigan Match Preview

Wigan travel to Anfield on the back of a 3-3 thriller against Tottenham at the JJB last Sunday. Moving the latics a point nearer premiership safety. Lee Mculloch is a doubt for the trip to liverpool after suffering severe bruising to his foot last time out. Midfielder Antonio Valencia serves the second game of a three-match ban and Chris Kirkland and Fitz Hall are both out. Wigan hope to step up the pressure on fellow strugglers Charlton,Sheffield United and West Ham as they look to get at least a point out of this local derby. Liverpool will have both Craig Bellamy and Xabi Alonso back in their squad.
