Glenn Walker has resigned as the manager of Warrington Town for family reasons.

 

Glenn Walker has resigned as the manager of Warrington Town Football Club for family reasons.

Walker had been in charge of the UniBond First Division club for three-and-a-half years but has been replaced by assistant manager Ian Street, who will manage the side for the first time in Warrington Town's league game at Woodley on Tuesday. Ian will be helped by Bob Howard, who is a coach at Premiership side Everton FC.
