The Omani international has signed a pre-contract agreement with the Wanderers which is due to be pushed through in January, but both the player and Bolton want to come to some sort of arrangement with Lyn in order for the deal to happen much sooner.
That said, the Oslo-based club are unwilling to let their number one custodian leave until the Norwegian season is completed in the winter, and this is making Al-Habsi unhappy as he is desperate to seal a move to the Premiership.
Football agent Peter Harrison told Sky Sports that his client feels as if Lyn are being unfair and stubborn over his move to the Reebok Stadium:
"Ali is growing increasingly frustrated with Lyn, He is finding it hard to concentrate at Lyn as he is desperate to move to Bolton before September.
"He thinks Lyn are not being fair to him. They are being stubborn by not letting him go. Ali just wants to go to realise his dream of playing in England"
