It would be great if Charles Green would stay quiet

New Rangers owner Charles Green has been having plenty to say this week and it has become boring.

During Rangers Ramsden’s Cup defeat to Queen of the South on Tuesday Green was having a go at almost all of Scottish football and their agenda to remove titles from Rangers, and how this has been the agenda all along.

He also mentioned the idiotic world of Scottish football, and how we are the only country who would consider such a move.

This all in his response to give the SPL commission on double contracts a wide berth, as his club are not in the SPL and have nothing to do with it. Surely then they are not his titles to take away then – double standards there….

He is also saying SPL clubs were forced into not admitting his club into the SPL, but he hasn’t come out and said who forced them into the decision. Although he does say the Motherwell fans forced Motherwell board into the decision, well sadly Mr Green that is democracy in action.

He very condescendingly says Motherwell will be made welcome at Ibrox on Wednesday for the League Cup tie, although at the same time saying some other clubs won’t be made welcome!

His ramblings are becoming more and more Romanov like, and makes you wonder if he wants to be inScotlandat all.

I think it is time for Green to concentrate on getting Rangers over priced starting eleven back in the SPL in three or four years time, rather than looking for conspiracies and agendas in every nook and cranny.
