Mido Misses Spurs Re-union
By Betting Zone November 2 2007
Middlesbrough striker Mido will not line up against his former club Tottenham in Saturday's Premier League clash at the Riverside Stadium. The Egypt international, who left White Hart Lane to join Boro in August, has failed to recover from a groin strain.

The game has also come too soon for Emanuel Pogatetz, who continues his recovery from a double knee operation, while Julio Arca (knee) and Robert Huth (ankle) are still some way off a first team return.

Anthony Gardner's ankle injury rules him out for Tottenham and the defender will be sidelined for up to six weeks.

Ledley King (knee) is in the final stages of rehabilitation but not ready, Ricardo Rocha (ankle) is out, while Gareth Bale (foot) has been jogging this week.

Benoit Assou-Ekotto (ankle) has been running in training again.
