A look at Port Vale’s form over the last 6 games ahead of Saturdays league clash with Doncaster.

Port Vale have only managed to win 2 of their last 6 games, losing the other 4.
There have been some tough opposition though, with their first match against Luton Town where they lost 1-0 thanks to an 84th minute goal for Luton.
Port Vale showed bouncebackability by beating Oldham 3-1 at home but then lost to Doncaster’s local rivals, Huddersfield 2-1. Vale had gone 2 -0 down after 8 minutes and even though they grabbed a goal back, they could not get an equaliser.
Port Vale then lost to Doncaster’s other local rivals, Sheffield Wednesday, 2-0 before entertaining Bradford and suffering a third defeat in a row against Bradford.
Last week, thanks to 2 goals from Lee Matthews, Port Vale defeated Blackpool 2-0 away from home so will be high on confidence when they play at Belle Vue.
