Doncaster 3 - 1 Stockport
By Mark King
November 27 2004
2 second half goals in quick succession secured the three points for Rovers to move them up to twelfth in the table, 2 of Rovers 3 goals coming from on-form striker Gregg Bludnell.
Gregg Blundell finished from close range after Jamie Coppinger set up the chance after a brilliant run.

However, Stockport equalised soon after half-time after ex Leeds player Warren Feeney raced clean through from the Doncaster defence and calmly finished to make it 1-1.

Tim Ryan regained Doncaster’s lead on 65 minutes after a 30 yard screamer left Stockport keeper Spencer with no chance, while two minutes later Blundell struck again to seal the match for Rovers.

The win saw Doncaster rise to twelfth in league 1, level on points with rivals Huddersfield town.
