Ronnie Moore earlier in the week gave his pre-match thoughts ahead of the difficult away trip to Milton Keynes Dons on Saturday afternoon.
Moore told Tranmere World........
"It has been a tremendous month for us. We had seven games and won five, drew one and lost one. Long may that continue.
"We're in a good position - six points off top and two points from the top six. The next four home games we've got are all big tests for us, they're meaty games."
"We've got a tricky game coming up on Saturday and we've picked up one or two knocks as well."
"We've got Goodison who's a doubt. We're hopeful he'll be ok but he's picked up a tweak in his hamstring. We lose Taylor from the sending off and Ben Chorley isn't training this morning because of a knock so all of a sudden from being quite solid as a back unit we're a little bit short now."

"The plan was that if Taylor was injured or sent off then Goodison would play at centre back. But we've got Gareth Edds who has played left back before for MK Dons and young Aaron Cresswell, so it's not like we've got nobody who can play there."
"We've got very little time to work on the back four. All those fit and available will train tomorrow which gives you 24 hours to put it right. It wasn't pretty against Millwall and certainly the pair of centre halves who played in that game won't be the same on Saturday. We'll have a look at it in training and see what we can make of it."
"They're a quick side, they move the ball quickly and pass it well. They've got Chadwick who is a threat, they've got the long throw of Sterling so we know when we're asked to defend we'll have to defend well."
"But I like to think they'll look at us and think we're in a bit of form and have a good away record and that it will be a decent game."
