Following on from offers to fans in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy and an earlier offer for the opening home game of the season against Hartlepool, Rovers today announced yet another special admission deal for the home game against Millwall in League One in two weeks time on Saturday 11th October.

The target audience for the latest special offer are those fans who are aged between 17 and 22 who will be admitted to this game for just £5.00 instead of the usual £8.50-£13.50 depending on where you sit in the Stadium which means a reduction in price in some areas of 60%.

Young Persons wishing to take advantage of this offer are advised that they can purchase tickets from the Ticket Office or Club Shop with photographic proof of age (valid NUS, passport or drivers licence), or purchase tickets for the Main Stand from Ticket Office. The offer does not apply to the Club's executive rooms.

Speaking to the Official Club Website, Chief Executive Mick Horton said....

"Football is massively popular with young supporters but they unfortunately aren't always able to afford to attend live games."

"With students returning to universities and colleges across the region we hope this offer will make it more practical for them to come to Prenton Park and enjoy the game.

"Where else can 17-22 year olds watch live football for just £5?  We're committed to being the best value for money family club in the region and hope this offer outlines that."

"This price reduction is just the first of many we plan to run throughout the season aimed at many different groups of supporters."

"Arriving at Prenton Park from Birkenhead or Liverpool is really easy with the excellent public transport links available, more details of which can be found at www.tranmererovers.co.uk."

Rovers Boss Ronnie Moore added......

"We had two very entertaining, close games against Millwall last season and hopefully this time around it will be just as good a spectacle."

Ticket Office and Club Shop opening hours are as follows.....

Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 5.00pm

Midweek Match Nights: 9.30am to Kick-Off

Non-Match Saturdays: 10.00am to 1.00pm
