Ronnie Moore praised the quality of four of the goals as Rovers lost a second succesive home game, this time against Colchester United 4-3.

Moore told Tranmere World.......................

"I can be ultra critical on the third goal, but sometimes you have to hold your hand up.  There have been four out of this world goals and three of them were theirs. I can't criticise them."

Ronnie Moore

"There were two key moments in the game for me - the decision for the free kick that led to their second, which was a great tackle by Greeny, and the miss from Sonko to go 2-2.  It would have been a different ball game then."

"We worked hard, we were just a bit naïve in their area around crosses. There were one or two who were below par, but what could you do about some of their goals?"

How can he only be ultra critical for their third? It was shocking. Shotton let their man carry if far too far and then their attacker was allowed the time to control the ball, turn and shoot in the area without a man close to him. Goodison was shocking.

Everyone was awful and there's no communication in the defence. both Chorley and Goodison were below par but they weren't helped by Coyne who does F all at telling his teamates whats going on. Give Achterberg some games he's way better than that midget, no voice clown!!!!!!!

My team for Carlisle

Achterberg

Shotton Waterfall Goodison Taylor

Shuker Kay Barnett Creswell

Curran Savage

Good to see I'm not the only person who'd have Cresswell in there right now
