Rovers Launch New Away Kit on Pre-Order
By Deadly Submarine
June 30 2008
In a busy day at Prenton Park, the latest new away shirt which Rovers will wear during the 2008/09 season was launched and made available for pre-order in time for a proposed August delivery date. The new shirt is certainly bright and already seems to be a hit amongst Rovers fans.
Rovers Launch New Away Kit for Pre-Order

With the sale of Liverpool tickets and the collection of season tickets for 2008/09 both starting today at Prenton Park, it's a wonder there was time for anything else to happen but in possibly the busiest day of the summer so far, the new 2008/09 away kit was launched and made available for pre-sale.

Total Tranmere reporter Liam McMullen took a trip down to the Club Shop this morning to view the shirt and provided us with these pictures.....

The Adult size shirts are priced at £39.99 with the Youth sizes £29.99 and you can pre-order yours now either by popping into the Club Shop or by pre-ordering online by downloading a form from THIS LINK.

Why not give us your views on the new shirt using our Message Forum below?  Do you like the colours and style or is it not for you?  Perhaps if you have been down to see the shirt in person you can discuss the material it's made from and how it looks in the flesh.

His Legs are through the wood underneath but his head and arms have signed for another team like the rest of our squad.

who says we HAVE to buy hte tops home and away tops are every 2 or 3 years and the alternate 1 (supporters) and you could possibly say black and gold 1 are varied so if you got 1 u dont have to get the other. Surely you can save up for 2/3 years for a top..

so are you saying we've only had one top to purchase in the last 3 years midlander?

i agree you don't have to buy it, but kids will WANT and hard up parents will feel pressured

I agree with SWS and SWA. Plus Mike said the funniest thing he has possibly ever said at the start of this thread and no-one showed any recognition. Strange. (In his second post of the thread)

Anyway, I like It. But I won't be buying It. 40 quid? No thanks.

Agree with everyone, it does look like a training top.

I think the design team of Helen keller, Stevie Wonder and Mikey off Big Brother have let us down.....

Won't be spending 40 rips on this one..!!!

Tranmere till i die....
