Once again we bring you the results of our latest Caption Competition in advance of a new competition which will be launched tomorrow. The number of entries was slightly lower this time than in the last competition but there were still some good ones on show.

Caption Competition Number 6 - Results

 

The time has come once again this week for a new Caption Competition on Wednesday which means that today is Caption Competition Results Day ahead of the launch of the new Caption tomorrow.

As a reminder, the picture we asked you to come up with captions for this time around was......

Caption 6 - Rush and Aldo

After trawling through a number of entries this time around, a winner eventually emerged which was the caption submitted by Matthew the Rover whose winning entry was.....

Rush: "He let that one go Discreetly"

Well done to Matthew and to everyone else who entered some great captions.  The best runners up  entry was from a past competition winner Super White Army:

Rush: Ha! Two aces. I'll have him this time.

I'd like to thank you greatly for this award. These are not tears of sadness but tears of joy that you see, I can't tell you how surprised and emotional I am right now. I would like to thank so many people for this, but none more so than my gold fish, he has been such an influence and kept me going when times have been hard
