We bring you the results of our latest site poll, the voting for which ended yesterday. In the poll we asked you where in your opinion is Tranmere’s rightful level in the football pyramid and the results are very interesting and close this time around.

For the last fortnight, you have been voting in our latest site poll in which we asked the question "Where, in your Opinion, is Tranmere's Rightful Level in the Football Pyramid?" and the results are the closest we have ever had in any of our polls.

Question: Where, In Your Opinion. Is Tranmere's Rightful Level in the Football Pyramid?

Bottom Half-Championship36.84%
Top Half-Championship15.79%
We're at Our Level Now (League 1)36.84%
League Two2.63%

As you can see, the results clearly show a tie between those who feel Rovers' level is in the bottom half of the Championship and those who feel that Tranmere are at their level now in League One.

Not surprisingly, only 2% thought Rovers really belong in League Two whilst an ambitious 8% of those who voted feel the Premiership is where Tranmere belong.

I dont know which goons thought we belonged in the Premiership.

I think the results are about right. We can say that if we look at history we are exceeding our level but With Johnnson I think we ktook 2 steps forward and now one step back. Our set-up is that of Top of League One, Bottom Championship.

Our training facilities are probably league two though!

Yeah I agree Mikey - League Two at best!

Anyone think the votes for our level being League Two could have been some Leeds Fans having a bit of fun?

Most of our history as been spent there so perhaps it was just some of the older fans?
