Ronnie Moore – Pre Match Comments
By Deadly Submarine April 25 2008
As is now traditional on a Friday afternoon, we take a look at what Ronnie Moore had to say earlier today ahead of tomorrow’s final home game of the season against Southend United who have secured a play-off place and still harbour hopes of an automatic spot.

Pre-Match Moore

Ronnie Moore spoke to Tranmere World on the Official Tranmere Website this morning ahead of tomorrow's game against Southend and in doing so he made clear his determination that his side will restore some pride in the final two games of the season.

Moore told Tranmere World..................

"There's two games to go and we want to finish well and as high as we can.  It's a good game to have, it's not like there's nothing in it.

Ronnie Moore Dugout

"There's pride for us and maybe the opportunity for one or two players to get games. They're playing for an automatic promotion place. We know it will be a tough game and they'll come at us, but we want to show everyone what we're capable of."

"We're playing against a good compact side. They went up two seasons ago and they've got a good chance of going back up.  But we went there earlier this season, played 4-5-1 and thoroughly deserved to win."

Ronnie Moore's comments first appeared on Tranmere World through the Official Tranmere Rovers Website.
