Pre-Match Moore – “We’ve Got to Win the Games”
Speaking to Tranmere World ahead of Saturday's important clash at Prenton Park between his side and Nottingham Forest, Rovers Boss Ronnie Moore stressed the importance of the final four matches of the season and the impact that the home support can have in the final two Prenton Park games.
Ronnie told Tranmere World....
"There are four games to go and we know what we've got to do. They're a good side and it will be a fair old game. If we win we'll close the gap. Who knows what will happen, I think there's going to be a few twists and turns yet."
"We've got to win the games, it's as simple as that. It's the same for other teams. If you're not up and ready to play against Nottingham Forest you shouldn't be a professional footballer.
"We need the fans to get behind us. We need an atmosphere and the drum beating. The lads know what is at stake."
Speaking about the healthy state of his squad ahead of the game and about the return to the squad of key players Chris Shuker and Steve Davies, Moore said.....
"Davo came through the Reserve game with flying colours. His fitness levels are tremendous. He'll be added to the squad, I just need to think where he fits in over the next few days. Les has really worked him hard and Davo has responded well. He wanted to play and we're pleased with his progress."

Shuker Returns to the Squad
Chris (Shuker) has had the niggle but he's able to sprint on it now so he's added to the squad. We're looking fine and Ben (Chorley) is the only one who is missing. The rest are all knocking on the door and want to play."
"I feel for Ben, he's done nothing wrong and yet he's going to miss the game. If Kaysy comes in and we win the game then Ben's got to sit out and see what happens."
Ronnie Moore's comments first appeared on Tranmere World through the Official Tranmere Rovers Website.
