There are a huge number of Football Fans who these days use the internet and sites such as this one to keep in touch with what's going on in the world of football and in particular at the Club they support.
Certainly for up to date news and rumours there is no better way than sites such as Total Tranmere which can even get the news to you before the next day's Newspaper can, but for additional views and opinion on Tranmere Rovers and their season there is another alternative too.
Some fans may be unaware of the existence of the Tranmere Rovers Fanzine ‘Give Us An R' which at £2.00, is cheaper than your average matchday programme and twice as good to read at an away game in my personal opinion.

Sold outside Prenton Park on home match days on the opposite side of the Club Car park entrance to the Mersey Clipper Pub and also available at all away games near to the away turnstiles courtesy of Dave, the Fanzine has a new issue out every few months of the season and is well worth a look.
The fanzine is written by Rovers Fans, for Rovers Fans and usually contains a look back at the last two or three away matches since the last publication, has a flashback to the olden days of supporting Rovers and also has a letters page of opinion and views by fans which often make as good reading as any Rovers Messageboard.
As an example, the current issue (Issue 47) takes a look back at Rovers' exploits in the Anglo-Italian Cup, particularly in the early 1990's and makes interesting reading both for those old enough to remember it and for those who don't.
So if at the next Rovers Game, you pass a Man holding out what looks like a match programme near the away turnstiles (at away matches) or near the Clipper (at home matches) then it's probably Dave selling ‘Give Us an R' so if you've never bought it before why not Give It a Try?
