By Deadly Submarine
March 3 2008
After just over a fortnight of voting, we can now bring you the results of our latest site poll in which we simply asked ‘Should Ronnie Moore Get a New Contract in the Summer?’. The results saw a huge majority all vote for one particular answer which to some will not be a surprise.

The votes have been cast and we can now reveal how the result has fallen in our latest site poll in which we posed the question ‘Should Ronnie Moore Get a New Contract in the Summer?  The result of the poll was as follows.....

Should Ronnie Moore Get a New Contract in the Summer?

Yes84.44%
No15.56%

Despite a recent bad run of form that has since been put right with an unbeaten run of eight games up until Saturday's defeat to Doncaster, the overwhelming support for Ronnie is clear to see and to some will not come as a surprise either.

Ronnie Moore

A run of defeats in January, coupled with a failure to win away from home from October right through to January saw Rovers slip from top-spot to tenth place but since then Ronnie has managed to replace the huge losses that were Chris Shuker and Steve Davies and the form has since returned and so it seems has the optimism and support for the Manager as Rovers now lie in sixth place and therefore a play-off spot.

As you may have read yesterday, in our latest site poll we are asking once again for you to vote for your Player of the Month, this time for February so make sure you get votingas it's sure to be a close run thing!

16% of people who voted need their heads checking. I dont see how looking at the league table you can vote against him. that is without even taking into account our extenuating circumstances regarding injuries.

Just biggoted, fickle, can't wait for change, impatient.

I think the three most succesful coaches in the Prem and particularly this season in the grand sceme of things are Venger, Ferguson and Moyes. That is in no particular order but they are also thet hree longest servingin the League Funny that.

Well obviously they have to have some sort of success to stay in the job, which shows they have talent, but I also think that when you give a manage time it gets results

Yes and early on both Moyes and Ferguson had rocky times but they were stood by and it has certainly paid dividends.

Wenger wasnt exactly a hit from the start either. He'd have been sacked If It was Newcastle lol.
And anyone who voted for Moore not to have his contract renewed (Sm102)
He has been terrific so far! And I have not once said he should leave.
