Arsenal Preview: More Revelations Embroil our Captain

COME ON CHELSEA

As I have said before for as long as JT commits 100% effort to the cause of Chelsea Football Club, then he has my complete support. Notwithstanding JT has been a complete and utter idiot for want of a publishable expression, but his private life is his and is his sole responsibility. However with more revelations published today, how much more can JT's mental state take?

Hopefully JT will continue with the type of performances given in the last two games at Burnley and Hull and the stick taken at both of those games should be lesser this afternoon as Goonerville are quieter than us!

Didier Drogba celebrates after winning the FA Cup

Didier Drogba must be the first Chelsea to check the fixture lists at the start of each season. He absolutely loves playing Goonerville - 10 goals in 11 games - two of them coming at Corporate City back in November in Chelsea's 3-0 win, then contributions in the 4-1 win at the same place and a FA Cup semi-final win at Wembley last season.

Last season's encounter at The Bridge saw Chelsea get off to a good start - 1-0 up - then controversially, Van Persie scored two in quick succession. One of the two goals, was blatantly offside.

In his pre-match press conference, Boss 'Anco,' was confident.

He said, "I am not disappointed because sometimes you have to accept a draw," speaking about Tuesday night at Hull," it is not impossible to stay on top condition, and we had to accept that result and look forward.

"We have a very good opportunity on Sunday to send Arsenal a distance from our position (nine points... ed), so I am not disappointed about the game against Hull. We didn't play our best but it can happen.

For Arsenal it will be diffcult to return to the top because there are a lot of points, the Champions League they are involved in, and it could be more difficult to return close to Chelsea and Manchester United."

At 6.00pm this evening, we will see if Ancelotti is right.
