Three home games against our closest rivals and ONLY 1 point from nine. Thank God for our away record that’s all I can say. Yet again Chelsea were let down by poor officiating from the Assistant and the Referee. Its so frustrating when these officials can see one thing one minute and ignore a blatant offside the next.

Yet again Chelsea were let down by poor officiating from the Assistant and the Referee. Its so frustrating when these officials can see one thing one minute and ignore a blatant offside the next.
That’s exactly what happened yesterday when Kalou was ruled offside when he was on and Van Persie was allowed to equalise for Arsenal when he was off!!
The decision by Mike Dean left Big Phil bewildered and calling nay demanding an apology from the official for his mistake. Unfortunately apologies won’t change the result.
Chelsea’s second-half performance was so inept and lightweight - Deco was all over the place, the wasteful Malouda and Kalou were up to their usual standard of rubbish - Mr A simply has to get the chequebook out when the January window opens in a month’s time. If he doesn’t, then I can see Chelsea dropping down the league faster than a falling rock.
It just doesn’t seem possible that after a thoroughly enjoyable and entertaining first-half how Chelsea changed so much in the 2nd.
Every knew that this game would be 100% better than last week’s fare against the Toon, because Arsenal don’t do defensive.
It’s a shame that the officials had to spoil the game with their incorrect decisions.
Big Phil has an awful lot of soul searching to do, to get these players back on track especially at home. Not long ago we were unbeaten at home for 4 1/2 years in the league - now we have lost twice in the space of four games.
Out of the Carling Cup, struggling in the Champions League and awful at home in the League with the FA Cup to start in January against Southend United - Is BIG Phil Scolari THE right man for Chelsea Football club?

Didn't get to the game due to circumstannces beyond my control. Glad in a way - was able to watch in the 2nd half in an alcoholic blur - numb the pain like.

The match:
Yes, the decisions on Kalou´s non-offside, the pen on Anelka and RVP´s goal that was offide were extremely galling (Same on Gallas push on Tal Haim last season before scoring - WHY does it always happen against us when we play them!!!!).
That said, was very disappointed with our performance in the 2nd half. Arsenal actually didn´t play that well either - but that´s no consolation is it?!!!
The trouble is Big Phil IS limited by what options he can take at the moment. He wants at least 3 different systems but that flexibility depends upon having at least 2 senior forwards fit SILMULTANEOULSY - which he hasn´t had since the beginning of the season. (In fact, not once has he been able to play our strongest line-up this season - Cech, Bosingwa, Terry, Percy, A.Cole, Mikel, Essien, Lampard, Malouda, Drogba, Anelka). We need players back.
Time to dust ourselves off and get back on with it.
I´m not too concerned about Liverpool anyway - it´s the mancs racking up points we have to worry about.

shame joey weren't fit. He would have tore their defence apart - but as you said we were strong enough to beat them on paper at least, but I am concerned about the winning mentality - or lack of it.
At least we are away next weekend

What was priceless was the 3 min protest at the beginning of the game for a convicted criminal.

Happy to see Big Phil had something to moan about. Everyone else is a moaner - but when tables are turned - guess what MOAN, MOAN ...ruining my team... moan moan... Welcome to the English game Phil - enjoy@#$%&refereeing and dont forget to follow up with the compulsory cheap excuses and earn yourself touchline ban while your at it 
I think fans are expecting too much. average teams are getting stronger - look at teams like wigan, bolton, city. these teams that the ability shut you out or even turn you over on a bad day this season. The air of invincibility is gone - it was never going to last forever, so these teams are coming in thinking they can get something. Scapegoating Scolari coz of bad results that were inevitable at some point regardless of manager is even better for us. Throw some uncertainty and lack of faith / turmoil in the air - hope it affects the players as well

Agree with you totally re other teams being so much stronger.
