The Blues Put Moneybags Citeh In Their Place + Vid

It was written in the stars that either Shaunie or Ribena would score against Chelsea. The scorer was the latter with Citeh's only goal and his £32 million contribution gave Citeh the lead and the goal that he scored came from a free-kick that beat Chelsea's rubbish created wall and Cechie boy was way off his line to do anything about the effort.

Look at the row that skipper JT had with his goalkeeper as Chelsea returned to kick-off after fourteen minutes and you will see what I mean.

Parity was restored a couple of minutes later when from a Super Frank corner, the ball found itself at the feet of Carvalho who joyfully smashed the ball high into the Citeh net after the ball rebounded of an unknowing Joe Cole, who played with a bandaged head after 'that' elbow incident for England in Croatia in midweek.

Now unless I was watching a different game, from the moment Chelsea equalised, Citeh's heads dropped and their fans lost the voice and enthusiasm for a team that has mega mega billions and trillions of £ at their disposal.

But I do not recall Citeh fans giving it at all during the 90 minutes at Eastlands - perhaps they are still in a state of shock to what has happened to their club in the last two weeks.

Did you spot the new owners in the directors box? Nope I didn't but Dr Thakin was there.

The most controversial incident of the game came in the second half when skipper John Terry was shown the red card for hauling down Citeh's Jo.

Replays suggested that Terry wasn't the last man and that referee Mark Halsey got the red card decision completely wrong.

Expect Chelsea to appeal the red card but if the decision is upheld JT will miss THREE Premiership games (as the offence was deemed as violent conduct) including next week's Stamford Bridge battle against Man Utd.

Chelsea's domination of the game was confirmed in the second-half as Super Frank and Anelka each scored at the away end.

Frank's goal came after a neat one-two with Malouda before he turned and shot low across the diving Hart into the bottom corner.

Anelka's goal came after he run on to a sweet through ball from Joe Cole and steered the ball into the bottom of Hart's net.

Scolari was enthused with the performance and the result.

He said, "After we scored my team controlled the game, not all the time but most of the time. We were many times in front of goal and we added another two goals. We had some injuries and I made changes but the players came into the team and played very well and this is what made me happy more than winning 3-1."

We played great ball, never mind all the garbage about Cite, we are proving to be force to be reckoned with.
Stop caring and moaning about the other teams, lets all throw our support behind OUR Chelsea

For large portions of the match we played some of the slickest football I´ve EVER seen us play - at times City couldn´t get a touch of the ball.

We just knew that either Robinho or SWP would score and when Robinho stepped up for the free-kick the goal seemed almost inevitable didn´t it?!

Good to see JT and Cech so intense over the wall afterwards though - our lot seem really up for it this season more than ever.
