Including Chelsea, six sets of fans have to wait another 24 hours before their season kicks-off and I for one, cannot wait for the start.
I cannot wait to get to Stamford Bridge tomorrow for the lunchtime kick-off against FA Cup Winners, Portsmouth.
The new Blue shirt is ready, the King of Stamford Bridge badge is pinned above the crest and the countdown has started. Well to be honest the countdown began after that sad sad night in Moscow, way back in May.

Last season is forgotten!!
Last season is consigned to the history books (oh forgot.... Chelsea DON'T have any history).
This season Chelsea fans have so much to look forward to - new manager, new players, Super Frank committing his future to Chelsea and a brand new entry system into Stamford Bridge.
Gone are the turnstiles operators and a new electronic entry system is in place.
The system apparently worked OK on fan day last Monday when over 14,000 fans turned up - but how will it cope when thousands and thousands make their last minute rush to get in the ground!!!
Chelsea will be without Didier Drogba who is still recovering from a knee injury, Michael Essien is unlikely to play and Deco has a problem with his ankle.
New right-back Jose Bosingwa, although he was present at training on fan day, is unlikely to start.
Old boys Glenn Johnson and Lassana Diarra make the trip home to Stamford Bridge and on-loan Israeli striker Ben Sahar should be seen around the players entrance.
Portsmouth have been busy in the transfer market signing 'The Freak' Peter Crouch from Scumpool, Glen Little, Omar Koroma and Younes Kaboul.
You have to go way back to 1955 and in history (ooops said it again.. We ain't got no history), for Portsmouth's last League win at Stamford Bridge. September 3rd 1955 to be precise, Chelsea defending their title got thrashed 5-1.
In the return game Chelsea fared a little better earning a 4-4 draw.
Portsmouth last goal at Stamford Bridge was in 2006 when Chelsea won 2-1.
Roll on Sunday, roll on a victory and roll-on 37 games to go to get back the 'on-loan' Premiership title from the Ure of Man Utd.
