Frank has been at the hospital caring for his Mum since then and has been given leave by Chelsea.
Frank, to you and your Mother, we wish you both well.
In today's press, Chelsea defender Tal Ben-Haim made the headlines by saying that he would never had signed for Chelsea if he knew that Jose Mourinho would not remain as manager.
This is the first public 'outburst' by a Chelsea player since the turmoil of 'Gravy Boy Grant's' reign began.
Talking of 'Gravy Boy's' reign, he turned up at Eastlands tonight for the start of the second-half and Chelsea's performance turned sour.
It was like the Prince kissing the Princess and turning her into a frog!!
God knows what is going to happen at Everton tomorrow night?!?!?!
Anyway back to Ben-Haim. He said "If I had known Grant would be coach I'd never have joined Chelsea!!"
Outstanding headline, only because I got an email from a friend who has a friend.... nudge, nudge who has said that Grant will move upstairs during the Summer and we have had Chelsea legend Eddie Newton on TV saying that Grant isn't good enough and now we have Haim coming out and saying this.
To continue with Haim's rant he said, "Jose Mourinho is the reason I came to Chelsea and if I knew Avran Grant was going to be coach then I would have signed for another club.
"It was Jose who brought me here and no one except he and I know the conversation we had when he tried to sign me the first time a year ago last January.
"The fact is while Jose was the coach I played most of the games and people who know me know that I would not have come here to be a reserve. I know nothing good would come for me with Grant as Chelsea coach."
Meanwhile Petr Cech admits that Chelsea's title hopes have taken a right bashing regardless of the result against Everton on Thursday when he said, "The first half was not very good. In the second half we played good football but we got punished at the end.
"The problem is now we don't have our destiny in our hands. We have to hope someone beats Man Utd and we must win all our games to keep the pressure on."
