This article isn't about Chelsea losing (there is no point writing more on that point).
This article is about watching the preview of the game on Chelsea TV and Chelsea's chief reporter Neil Barnett 'slagging the lack of Chelsea support in the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium, prior to kick off.
Basically he said that Chelsea hadn't sold out their full allocation for the match and to me without considering the reasons for the lack of Chelsea sell-out, Barnett had taken the opportunity to dig out at the 'missing Chelsea fans.'
These 'missing' Chelsea fans were probably the same ones that went to Wigan in the FA Cup, that went to Barnsley in the FA Cup, that will go to Man City on Saturday and Everton on Thursday 17th April and Newcastle in May.
The 'missing' Chelsea fans will be at Stamford Bridge next Tuesday when Chelsea attempt to overcame the 2-1 deficit against Fenerbache - a position that we shouldn't be in - had we learned to shoot. WHY CAN'T WE SHOOT!!!
The 'missing' fans will be there when we play Wigan at home on Monday 14th April and will Barnett be allowed to make the same 'sarcarstic comments' to the Wigan fans as he did to the Middlesbrough fans last Sunday..... and the same type of comments he made on Chelsea TV to his 'own' fans on Wednesday evening from Turkey.
In the post match Chelsea TV show, the email that I sent to Chelsea TV was read out and even Tommy 'Chelsea' Langley admitted that he was taken aback by Barnett's earlier comments.
In the comments section below there are reproduced emails.

Quote:Since 66
PK Gunner or Shakeel
Ever been to the Emirates or Highbury to watch a game?
just wondered like.
Quote:and the other bloke ie me, I am just embarrassed about you - why would we want to continue the argument on Padre's Arsenal Times?
Why we would want to go there???
Leave it out Dixie, sensible debate? Is that why you keep on ignoring what I say?
Quote:You´ve consistantly ignored my points or come up with feeble excuses (eg. You left in droves really early because you were getting hammered and Seven Sisters isn´t a nice walk! FFS! Pathetic! So if you were winning you still would have left 25 mins early - or in the first half?!!! NO! Course you wouldn´t! Or Stuttgart away was only a group game! I mean come on!).
Quote:Then you waffle on by saying that your fans would all travel away for a CL QF.........Forgetting that in England, against Wigan in a SEMI-FINAL you only took 800!
Quote:The argument isn´t about whether we are@#$%&or brilliant suppport - I am merely pointing out that you are JUST AS BAD - and I´ve given you more than enough examples - ERGO you are@#$%&as well by your own logic!
