Return of the Crab. Player Ratings

I thought we were past games like this, but here we are again. Swansea were deep, compact and kept men behind the ball, and allowed us to pass the ball sideways along the penalty area, back and forth. We were out of ideas and had absolutely no cutting edge, despite the expensive array of attacking talent we had on show. Walcott needed to come on, yes, but not for Giroud, for either Ozil or Cazorla, because we needed width to try and stretch Swansea, and we needed Giroud to be in the penalty area. What the f*ck is the point in bringing on a player who will look to break the offside trap when they're sitting on the edge of their penalty area? The Walcott-Giroud substitution was ridiculous

Ospina - 6. One or two good moments in the first half, but possibly could've done better with Gomis's header.

Bellerin - 7. Sound.
Mertesacker - 7. Sound.
Koscielny - 6. Superb throughout but was beaten in the air by Gomis.
Monreal - 7. Sound.

Coquelin - 6. Okay.
Cazorla - 5. Poor.

Ramsey - 7. Probably our best player on the night, our best chances came through him, but we needed width.
Ozil - 4. Didn't look interested until the last 10.
Alexis - 5. Poor, and took sh*t set pieces.

Giroud - 6. Came close twice. Shouldn't have been taken off.

Subs:

Wilshere - 6. Got into some good positions and looked to create.
Walcott - 4. Yet another substitute appearance where he made little impact. Also missed our best chance.
