Well yet another draw in the Premiership at home, Arsenal flattered to decieve. The early goal, and what an excellent goal it was, raised hopes for a win, at last we would be back on the bum of the week diet of 3 points a game. It was not be, and Arsenal have only their self to blame. Good goals by Alexis and Welbeck but too many poor performances to deserve three points. We can only be thankful that the first game after the break was at home, or could it have been worse. Eduardo's player ratings below.
Szczesny 5 - little to do, nothing he could do about both goals
Bellerin 6 - steady in defense, found it odd he did not join up with attack more as he is usually a very attacking player
Mertesacker 4 - awful for their second goal
Monreal 6 - solid game
Gibbs 5 - ok, unlucky not to score in injury time
Flamini 5 - little impact, should have had a free kick on their first goal
Alexis 7 - scored a great goal, set up the second, probably MOTM
Wilshere 7 - our driving force, stupidly got himself injured with a bad tackle
Cazorla 6 - wasted far too much
Oxlade-Chamberlain 4 - poor performance, gave away the ball all game long
Welbeck 6 - not in the game enough, got our second goal
Subs
Ramsey 4 - little impact
Campbell 5 - worked hard, looks out of shape
