Spurs are getting an early start in the transfer market by securing the signing of France Under-18 defender Dorian Dervitte from French Ligue I outfit Lille.

Spurs are getting an early start in the transfer market by securing the signing of France Under-18 defender Dorian Dervitte from French Ligue I outfit Lille.
Dervitte will join up with Spurs at the end of next month, having already played nine times for France’s Under-17s and all six of their European Under-17 Championship qualifiers in the 2004-05 season.
Spurs sporting director Damien Comolli stated:
"At 6ft 4ins, Dorian is a tall, strong defender with excellent technical skills. We believe he comes to us with enormous potential for the future."
