Blackburn Rovers are hoping to complete a one million pound move for Croatia international Tomislav Sokota. The 27 year old centre forward is out of contract at Benfica come the end of the season and Blackburn are hoping

Blackburn Rovers are hoping to complete a one million pound move for Croatia international Tomislav Sokota. The 27 year old centre forward is out of contract at Benfica come the end of the season and Blackburn are hoping
that a deal now for much less than the player is worth could be enough to tempt Benfica.
Zoran Stojadinovic, who acts as the players agent stated:
"We aim to speak with Blackburn and, at this moment, this is a strong possibility for Sokota,"
"There is still to be a definitive meeting with Benfica when we will decide whether Sokota will leave Benfica.
"He will have some good offers from teams to leave Benfica during January."
