FC Porto's wonderkid Anderson has suffered a broken split-bone in yesterday's 3-2 win over arch rivals Benfica. Anderson Luís de Abreu will be sidelined for at least two months. The injury comes as a major blow for the Portuguese champions.

FC Porto's wonderkid Anderson has suffered a broken split-bone in yesterday's 3-2 win over arch rivals Benfica. Anderson Luís de Abreu will be sidelined for at least two months. The injury comes as a major blow for the Portuguese champions.
Anderson impressed with his eyecatching peformances ever since he arrived at FC Porto last year. The 18-year old rapidly became one of the most wanted young players in Europe. A host of European big guns have closely watched him. FC Barcelona and Chelsea are known admirers.
