Norwich have rejected Sheffield Wednesdays proposed Lee Bromby - David Neilsen Switch.

Sheffield Wednesday boss Chris Turner's bid to get his hands on Norwich's out of favour striker David Neilsen collapsed today , Norwich have rejected the swap deal which would have seen defender Leigh Bromby going to Carrow Road.

Nigel Worthington speaking to the official Norwich site said "Sheffield Wednesday approached us last week with a swap deal for David and Leigh."

"I took the weekend to consider it and decided to reject it."
