Darren Ambrose is the highly rated young star who has progressed through the Town academy ranks and now features prominently in the first team Town side.

A former England school boy, Ambrose is filled with passion, determination and has the ability to feel comfortable in any position in midfield.

Darren established himself firmly in the Blues reserve side before making his Premiership and first team debut against Arsenal last season, since then, it has been rumoured that Arsenal have been scouting the vibrant midfielder to take him to Highbury.

This season, Ambrose have proved his potential, he likes to push forward and take on opponents and has managed to grab a handful of goals this season.

At the tender age of 19, Ambrose has a very bright future ahead of him and Ipswich Town will have to work hard to keep him at Portman Road.
