Walsall v Leeds - Match Preview

Winning ways - Grayson
By Rich Baggott
January 30 2009
Leeds travel to Walsall on Saturday on the back of three straight wins under Grayson and nestled just outside the play-off places in the league. With Walsall down in 15th place, Leeds will be hoping to make it four wins on the trot and push into the top six at the expense of Oldham who entertain lowly placed Swindon on Saturday.

Grayson is expected to keep with the same starting eleven that featured mid-week, with Becchio on the bench in favour of Beckford and Trundle.  Andy Robinson, who was substituted early on Tuesday to protect him, should start also.

Form

Leeds go into the clash as the form team having won their four of last five,

Walsall meanwhile have lost three of their last five, only managing a single draw in their last four outings.

The team met early this season at Elland Road where Leeds ran out comfortable 3-0 winners, largely due to two fantastic goals from Fabian Delph.

Last season the team managed a 1-1 draw from the corresponding fixture.
