Tony Burman : "Imps game is big test"

The Imps travel to Dartford on Saturday for what the Kent side's manager has described as a big test for his side.

The Imps achieved the double against Dartford last season, winning 4-2 at Princes Park in December before winning the return fixture a few months later....although we didn't win at all in between. Now the Imps could potentially go top with a victory at Dartford and they are under no illusions about the task ahead of them.

Speaking to Kent Online, Burman said "We’ve had a good result at Tamworth and we end up facing Lincoln, who have had a great start to the season. They’re a professional, ex-League club, so they don’t come tougher. It’s a big test for us but we’ll do the best we can."

City have yet to win on the road though, not even scoring in the two efforts so far. Dartford's start to the season has been average, picking up six points from their five games.
