Reaction to Nat Brown's 2007/8
By Nathan Jackson May 11 2008
Nat Brown was responsible for the first goal we conceded this season and he didn't improve after that. I wouldn't lose any sleep if he never played for Lincoln City again and he is one of the major weak links in this squad, surely it's just a matter of time before he's gone?

I've never been a fan of Nat Brown and I never will be. He is the only serious challenger to Jamie Hand's title of being the crappest footballer that Lincoln City had during 2007/8. It was Nat Brown's lack of composure that saw the first of 90 goals go in this season. That came against Shrewsbury when instead of taking his time with a clearance, he swung his foot at it and just ended up slicing it straight at the Shrewsbury attackers.

That is Nat Brown assessed in pretty much one paragraph. He is an absolutely diabolical footballer and how he's remained a professional as long as he has, I'll never know. Even his heading ability isn't that good anymore.

With Hand and Amoo leaving the club in recent days despite having a year left on their contracts, it's surely just a matter of time before Brown leaves our football club.

You're on form today Nathan, couldn't agree more. He's got to go, let's hope we can sort out a pay-off with him and get someone better in.
