Striker : Mark Stallard
By Nathan Jackson August 28 2006
Mark Stallard joined the Imps in the summer of 2006 and went on to help City make the Playoffs for a 5th straight year. His second season wasn't as prolific and he spent a few spells on the sidelines due to injuries and suspensions, he was also not considered a regular under Peter Jackson's time in charge.

Signed from : Shrewsbury Town

Debut Game : Lincoln City 1 Notts County 1 : 5th August 2006

Mark joined the Imps in the summer of 2006 in the latter years of his career. His debut for the Imps came against one of just two sides he had previously been prolific for, Notts County. His first season for the Imps continued and he became quite prolific, scoring 17 goals in his first season for the Imps.

His second season wasn't quite as prolific as he struggled to find the form of the previous season. That wasn't helped by several spells out injured or suspended but by the time he had played just 21 games, he had scored just 4 times with only two of those goals coming in the League.

With still a good 3 or 4 years left in him, Mark still has a good chance of getting to 200 career goals if he can refind his form.
