HIDDEN AGENDA'S AT THE CLUB?

Reading Manager Steve Coppell has surprisingly admitted there could be hidden agenda's with possibly the chairman, or his backroom staff or even his players.

Coppell made the amazing remarks about watching his side slip to a 2-1 defeat at the Madejski Stadium against relegation battlers Coventry City.

Coppell told the waiting media;

"We're not able to dig ourselves out of a hole, I wouldn't have questioned our fighting spirit earlier in the season but now it seems there might be a few hidden agendas, although I'll keep those thoughts to myself.

"Actually, I wish I hadn't said that, forget it. Let me say now that that is not an issue, its just me rambling, sometimes after a game you can get rambly and incoherent."

The above article above suggests players potentially looking at moves away, or possibly not doing enough for the team. For instance, Steve Sidwell only admitted last month in an article to Sky Sports New that he would seriously consider his future should Reading not reach the Premiership this season.

The question remains what are the hidden agenda's that Coppell referred to. Answer's will be revealed in due course.
