Impressions Of The Ground
Deepdale has seen three new stands built in recent years. They are all large single tiered stands with quite spectacular floodlights in each corner. These three stands are also named after famous Preston players and there faces are printed on to the seats, which make the stands look more interesting. The main stand is an old grandstand which is only open to people in the executive boxes.

Also the Football Museum is a must. It is located in the corner of the side stand and the away stand and when I went this season and entry was free. It is very interesting and plenty of things to do and see. You can view the Simod Cup that Reading won!

Directions To The Ground Leave the M60 at Junction 31 and follow the signs to Preston. Continue to do this and eventually you will see the ground in site. There are plenty of places available to park but if you are stuck it may be worth trying the large retail park.

Pub Guide
There is a high density of housing surrounding the stadium. Though nearby there is a large retail park, in there there is a pub called the Toy Soldier that away fans usually occupy.

There are plenty of pubs in the town centre, which is nearby but be aware hardly any allow away fans in and there is usually a high police presence around these areas.
