News today suggests that Birmingham City are set to miss out on vetran defender David Weir who left Everton in the summer has represented his country 44 times scoring 1 goal . Birmingham were favorites to sign the 36 year-old defender, however he is rumoured to be signing for West Brom. Is it really a problem that we are missing out on a 36 year-old who wanted a 2 year contract? he may be commanding but has he really still got it?
