Molby departs
By KJ October 28 2004
Kidderminster Harriers today announced that manager Jan Molby has resigned from his position as Director of Football with immidiate effect.

Taxi for Molby

No suprises then as a year after Ian Britton's departure and Jan's return Harriers find themselves looking for a new manager. Today it emerged than following a meeting between Jan and the directors of Harriers, Jan resigned his position. This following 2 defeats at Bristol and Chester which leave Harriers bottom of League 2 on 12 points.

It was also announced today that Youth team Manager Shaun Cunnington will take care of first team affairs in the meantime, with Saturdays bottom of the table clash with Shrewsbury being Shauns debut. Assistant Manager Gary Barnett will continue to assist Cunnington.

So to finish, I would personally like to thank Jan for his efforts in the past, dont forget who got us in the league. Whoever takes over will face a massive task to preserve our league status, and I will comment further on the candidates, when they become clearer. I think we need a League 2 version of Bolton boss Sam Allardyce, or Paul Daniels !
