Two departures

Kidderminster Harriers announced today that two players have left Aggborough, with one permanent move and one temporary loan move.

Bye Bye Rickards

It was annnounced today onhttp://www.harriers.co.uk that striker Scott Rickards has left Aggborough. The 22 year old, who failed to start a game this term has now joined Conference North side Redditch United on a deal until the end of the current season. Rickards joined Harriers from Tamworth last December, with Harriers paying a fee for the former Derby trainee. It was well known that Scott was good friends with former Harrier Adam Murray who also left Kidder in the summer for Mansfield. The pacy striker left Aggborough having made just 18 appearances, with only five starts. This term saw Scott make four substitute appearances. Rickards, who had already been on loan for the past month at Redditch, only scored one goal in Harriers colours, a late concelation in the home mauling by Macclesfield last season.

Loan move for Jamie

The official site also reports that young midfielder Jamie Gleeson has joined Ryman League side Eastleigh on loan. It is anticpiated that the move will give the former Southampton midfielder more games, having only one start so far in his Harriers career.
