Sorry Real, Jans signed
By KJ
September 22 2004
Despite much speculation linking him with the Real Madrid and Wales vacancies, Jan Molby has commited his future to Kidderminster Harriers.

Jan signs until in the end of the current season

Today, Harriers official website http://www.harriers.co.uk reported than manager Jan Molby has signed a contract until the end of the current 2004/5 season. It was reported that the board, who already had a gentlemans agreement with the Dane, wanted to make things official along with the Dane himself. There were many rumours circulating recently about the Danes future, following our poor run of late.

So, sorry Real Madrid, you;ll have to try and get Arsene Wenger or Sven now that Jan's signed. Seriously though, its a good move. Lets hope, with this sorted, we can move away from the basement. Harriers next game is away at Southend on Saturday as they hope to build on last weeks win over Macclesfield. Reports today suggest that Jan is looking to possibly add to the squad before the weekend. The express & star suggests that a right back is on Jan's wish list. This being due to new signing Rueben Hazells continued abscence through injury.

Brief news

Chester game moved

Harriers game with Chester City in November has been moved forward a week to Tuesday October 26th.

Macc appeal

Macclesfield Town are to appeal against Graham Potters red card against Kidder on Saturday. One could argue that it may not have been a penalty because it was possibly not in the area. However the offence of a proffesional foul does carry a red card penalty, and it was a pro foul.

Brian Clough

Belatedly, may we pass on our condolences to the greatest manager of all time. There is a Forest site on the network, and Hartlepool and we would encourage all fans to post their thoughts on those sites.
