Wolverhampton Wanderers v. Manchester United - Match Preview

Manchester United will be hoping to return to winning ways on Saturday, as the Red Devils travel south to Molinuex to face a Wolverhampton Wanderers side who currently prop up the Premiership table.

Last weekends results have once again made things incredibly close at the top, and United will need 3 points against last seasons First Division Play-off winners to secure they remain top by the end of the weekend. Arsenal face a difficult trip to Villa Park on Sunday.

Welsh wizard Ryan Giggs may miss out on the trip to Wolverhampton due to a back injury but will face a late medical. Darren Fletcher is back after his one-game ban and is likely to challenge for Giggs' place with Fortune and Forlan.

As for Wolves, former United pair Dennis Irwin and Paul Ince return to the squad after a few games out. Scotsman Colin Cameron and Alex Rae are also set to return to the squad to face the Red Devils.

Its a big game for a certain for Mikael Silvestre who will be making his 200th start for United if he plays. Also, if prolific goalscorer Ruud van Nistelrooy manages to score two goals, will score his 100th goals for Manchester United.

Bookmakers Ladbrokes place United at an unattractive 4/11 to win at Molinuex but Wolves are placed at a worth-while 7/1 bet.

One to Watch - Alex Rae
Rae, returning from a spell out, had been vital for Wolves this season and has scored a few good goals this season. United's defence will have to watch out for Rae.

ManUtdWeb Prediction - Wolves 0 - 2 Manchester United
Wolves surprised everyone when they held United to a just a 1-0 win at Old Trafford earlier in the season and mustn't be underestimated this time also. United are in fine form though and I can see them taking all 3 points home with them.
