Old Trafford To Hold England Friendly
Manchester United famous stadium, Old Trafford, is set to hold England's friendly against Denmark on Sunday November 6th.

Both teams have qualified for Euro 2004 and have 'international weekend' free so Sven Goren-Eriksson arranged a friendly with his good friend Morten Olsen, manager of Denmark.

"We are delighted to secure Denmark as opposition for the first match in our preparation for next year's European Championships." said FA's chief of communications Paul Barber.

"We wanted to stage this match in the biggest possible venue to meet the demand of the fans"

"Old Trafford has been a fantastic venue for recent England matches and this promises to be another great occasion for both the fans and the team."

"Denmark are high-quality opposition and we have happy memories of our encounter at last year's World Cup. We look forward to welcoming them to England for the first time in almost 10 years." he went on to say.

England last played The Dains in last year's World Cup 2nd round in Niigata. Sven's men comfortably won 3-0, with goals from United's Rio Ferdinand, Michael Owen and Emile Heskey.
