Manchester United now unbeaten in eleven matches

Manchester United are now one of the form teams in the Premier League. Following their comfortable 3-1 victory over David Moyes' struggling Sunderland side the Red Devils now boast an unbeaten run going back eleven matches to early November and this was their fifth consecutive victory. The season is beginning to take shape and confidence is returning to the team and the fans.

With a home game to come on New Years Eve against Middlesbrough followed by a visit to West Ham United, Manchester United could end the festive season very well placed and looking to a possible top four finish. With cup matches against Reading and Hull City coming up in early January plus the Europa League in February, there is plenty of reason for fans to hope that more silverware can be added to the FA Cup won at the end of last season.  It is beginning to feel more comfortable for United fans. Jose Mourinho looks like he is settling in well and building something special at M16....
