Park's South Korea thumped by Maradona's men

Trouble for South Korea
By Chris,
June 17 2010
Ji-Sung Park’s South Korea suffered a major World Cup blow against Argentina on Thursday afternoon. Diego Maradona’s men stormed to a 4-1 win as Gonzalo Higuain bagged a fabulous hat-trick.
Real Madrid forward Higuain hit an impressive three goals as Argentina sealed a huge World Cup win.

An own goal from Park Chu-Young gave the Argentineans the lead before Higuain doubled the advantage.

Lee Chung-Yong pulled a goal back for South Korea - but the South Americans possessed more quality and eased to victory after the interval.

Maradona's men have all but booked their place in the last sixteen of the competition.
