Leigh Genesis have confirmed their first fixture of the 2009 pre-season programme, and it is one well worth the wait with the news that Barclays Premier League neighbours Bolton Wanderers will be visiting the Leigh Sports Village Stadium.

Leigh Genesis have confirmed their first fixture of the 2009 pre-season programme, and it is one well worth the wait with the news that Barclays Premier League neighbours Bolton Wanderers will be visiting the Leigh Sports Village Stadium.
Bolton boss Gary Megson (below) will bring his side to visit the Leigh Sports Village Stadium on Tuesday 21st July, with kick-off time and admission details to be confirmed in due course.

Although Bolton's main pre-season programme begins four days later with an away trip to Borussia Monchengladbach, it is expected that several players with first team experience will be appearing at the LSV.
