Healdy stays on after all

Andy Heald
By Matt Lawton
June 4 2009
Despite Chorley announcing his signing and it consequently being reported on this website, veteran midfielder Andy Heald has underlined his commitment to Leigh Genesis by re-signing for the club for the 2009/10 season.

Although Heald admitted on the club's official website that he had "received a lot of attractive offers from other clubs", he stated how much he loves playing for his local side, and how keen he is to play for manager Garry Flitcroft at the Leigh Sports Village Stadium next season.
