With the final game at Hilton Park out of the way with Saturday's emotional 2-0 defeat to Blyth Spartans, Leigh RMI can now look to the future at their dazzling new stadium as part of the stunning Leigh Sports Village development in Pennington.
With the final game at Hilton Park out of the way with Saturday's emotional 2-0 defeat to Blyth Spartans, Leigh RMI can now look to the future at their dazzling new stadium as part of the stunning Leigh Sports Village development in Pennington.
Situated adjacent to the A579, the Leigh Sports Village stadium, yet to be given an official title, shall become home to both Leigh RMI and Leigh Centurions over the coming months. As can be seen in the pictures below, the stadium is nearing completion, with the dream that began several years ago finally becoming an awe-inspiring reality...the sun is certainly shining on Leigh!
